We stopped by with friends and small children for a snack, there were a lot of people, the children started acting up, and we got upset and went home. Suddenly, the receptionist knocked on our window, lured the children back with balloons, and attention! Which we were really excited about! She took us to a separate room, where there is everything for convenience with small children, we adults just exhaled that we would not have to catch children all over the restaurant among a large number of people. We stood in line, took our order, but instead of the Maestro, they put a Chicken Burger, and again there were no napkins. We returned, stood in line once more, and picked up the burger we needed. But its quality was very disappointing: the bun was firm, the cutlets were dry at the edges, and the sauce was not the same at all, or there was so little of it that I did not understand one name left of the burger. It is very unpleasant when you have to stand in line several times because of errors in the order, and in the end you also get a dish of inadequate quality.
