We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in early September and were delighted! It is a very cozy hotel, it is clear that the owners have invested in it not only money, but also strength. We took a room with a balcony, and looked into the rest)) all 4 rooms are excellent: two with balconies, one triple room and one with a window to the courtyard (it is the simplest because of this). The shared kitchen has everything you need.: dishes, tea, coffee. There is a capsule coffee machine! You can wash your clothes for free in the washing machine (very powerful, in the "just refresh in 15 minutes" mode, it washed the stains that I couldn't wash in Moscow... The location is excellent: - Across the street from the entrance is the best wine cellar in Kutaisi (in my opinion) - two minutes away is a wonderful Chamber restaurant, where it is very tasty - five minutes across the pedestrian bridge is an excellent cafe for breakfast with croissants and bacon - MiniArt cafe. View from the balcony to the river, which looks more like a stream in autumn) The shared balcony from the kitchen is just a cannon! Having our own small balcony, we still often sat on the common one. Of the disadvantages, I can only name the impetuous courtyard where the elevator to the hotel is: dark, damp...as in St. Petersburg, there are some such courtyards.

The apartment is divided into 4 rooms. Each room has a separate toilet with a shower. The room itself is spacious, with a balcony and a view of the river. The location is convenient. We didn't have enough microwave.
