The hall is simple Finally, a decent and cool gym has appeared in the Minsk World. New equipment,large locker rooms, excellent exercise equipment (as for a girl, a lot on 🌰) There are group classes.I really like that the subscription price includes a gym, group workouts and a sauna. 😉 There is a bar with protein shakes, super-priced bars, and delicious coffee. A home for those who live by sports. It's a beautiful room that feels full of love and care. Absolutely everything is thought out here, both for the staff and for the clients. The gym is equipped with new, diverse fitness equipment. The changing rooms are very pleasant and spacious. The bathroom and shower room are made very stylishly and efficiently. Everywhere there is a very pleasant light, smell, details and the renovation itself is very modern. It feels like you're at home. Maybe the hall will seem small to some, but this is exactly what the atmosphere of the "Kachkov" family feels like, which gives that very inner feeling of home. There is a bar at the entrance where a barista works and there is an opportunity to drink delicious coffee, a protein shake made from high-quality protein. There is also a wide variety of cold drinks, protein snacks and bars. Here, too, the owners supplied only high-quality products, although there is a huge variety of protein snacks and bars on the market, but most of them consist of low-quality raw materials. Here you can actually take what will correspond to what is written on the package. Music is a separate part of admiration. Maximum comfortable sound and volume. Tracks suitable for training are very uplifting for the overall mood. You don't even need a pair of headphones, and that's really cool, because in many halls in Minsk, it's very quiet and the pair is just a lounge of some kind. It's different here. Order and cleanliness are absolutely everywhere. You can safely and comfortably practice in socks. The cardio zone is quite large. The street view with panoramic windows provides maximum comfort. The ventilation works perfectly, there is no stuffiness or unpleasant odor, even when there are quite a large number of people. In the evening, when there are more people, due to the wide variety of exercise equipment, there is no congestion on any one. Thus, it is also comfortable to train. The hall is equipped with a large number of mirrors, and they are as clean as possible every day. There are convenient lockers with shelves in the hall where you can leave your personal belongings and put your gadgets on charge. It really feels like a big budget has been invested here, but also, first of all, how the guys made this hall, as if for themselves, with all their heart and soul. I was walking by, I went to get the details. The receptionist is hospitable, despite my "shop-like" appearance and packages, she immediately called the instructor for a tour. He led me around the gym, showed me the exercise equipment, and answered my questions. There are plenty of exercise machines, they should close the study of the figure completely, it's warm in the hall, it smells like exercise machines (not human bodies)), it doesn't seem to be draughty. There is a small room for group classes, a shower and a sauna in the changing rooms (the women's room has been open since the summer). The price of a one-time 30, personal training 45, participate in all sports. There are no questions about the service culture or the equipment of the hall. I need to rock up and go study)
