Ice cream is better than in Italy. The only place I really enjoy gelato in Yerevan. Pistachio and caramel are my favs. 😋
🥐 croissant is a real butter croissant, don’t miss it. What I like most is their frozen croissants that you can order, keep in fridge and make in 20 minutes at home.
We took ice cream there three times - it was very tasty! The ice cream itself without pieces of ice (as we usually like to do), the waffle is just space! You can take ice cream in a waffle cone/ paper cup with a spoon. According to tastes (our opinion):
- unicorn 15/10, just a delight, to taste bubble gum
- tiramisu I expected a more coffee flavor, but it's more creamy, like mascarpone
- lime is a hard lime, if you like sour and want to refresh yourself hard +- this is it
- mango well, what can I say, with mango flavor))
Ice cream for ice cream is taken some old, and not from ice cream containers, which is expected... it's better to take an ice cream ball and an espresso separately. Although espresso is not delicious at all…
When we ordered a drink, we had certain expectations, and such a refusal left an unpleasant impression.
Firstly, the quality of service was not friendly and welcoming enough. It seemed to us that the request for a drink replacement was not fairly considered, and the reasons for the refusal were not explained to us.
Secondly, latte coffee itself was far from ideal. As regular customers of the establishment, we know what their latte should be, and this time it clearly did not meet the standards. The coffee was too diluted, lacking the very balance between caffeine and dairy components that makes the latte so attractive.
Unfortunately, this experience leaves much to be desired, and we are no longer sure that we will want to return to Blueberry Gelateria. When we go to the cafe, we count on high quality and friendly service, and it seemed to us that this was not respected this time.
We hope that the management of the institution will take note of our comments and pay attention to such a negative customer experience. Such problems should be addressed and corrected in order to improve the overall reputation of the institution and customer satisfaction.
We regret having to make such a negative review, but we believe it is important to improve the service in the future.
