The place is very good, the impressions are very positive. I take a star for the staff who are not aware of each other, we were spun around the entire territory until we realized that we just had to be shown the restaurant location. Prices are unreasonably expensive, let's say a salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and nuts costs 35 lari, benedict, which is the most expensive in the city of 19-21 lari, costs 35 lari there. In a word, it is very expensive. There is nothing to do after a couple of hours of walking and socializing with animals, if you are not a fan of just passively relaxing, you will be bored after an hour. It's worth a one-time visit, no more. Of the other services, we didn't use anything - spa, medical procedures, hotel, I can't say anything about that. A wonderful place near Tbilisi. The view of the city is mesmerizing, and morning walks are an opportunity to feel alone with nature. I took a break from the hustle and bustle in a cozy secluded cottage with panoramic windows. I liked the SPA treatments. And of course the Kojori air itself.

Bioli is a favorite vacation spot for a complete reboot and brain cleansing from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful place on a mountain above Tbilisi in a pine forest. Beautiful cottages, the freshest air and the silence that can be heard. I recommend it to everyone! Bioli, which we really liked. We were there in the summers of 3024 and 2025.

The worst New Year for a lot of money!!! Not a foot in Bioli anymore! We decided to celebrate the New Year in Bioli with the whole family, we hoped for a fabulous atmosphere and an appropriate level, but we were completely disappointed. The holiday was hopelessly ruined!!! (Festive table) New Year's mood is zero. The tables were half empty, and there weren't even any basic items on them, like fruits! The waiters worked catastrophically slowly: we had to wait forever for orders, as if we were not at a banquet, but in a cheap eatery. Getting used to it is a separate nightmare! We were moved into a house with no heating in the bathroom. I had to get dressed just to go in and wash up! On New Year's Eve, instead of celebrating, I was forced to argue with the administrator, demanding to fix the heating or at least turn on the underfloor heating. Staff attitude: Of course, they didn't do anything. There was a clear impression that they initially knew about the malfunction in this house, but they handed it over anyway. The day after the huge scandal, we were finally transferred to the chalet, but our nerves were already on edge. This place is absolutely not worth the money. The worst New Year's holidays of my life. If you want to save your money and a festive mood, avoid Bioli. The service is at zero, the comfort is zero, and there is no respect for the guests.

The best resort, I think that for the sake of it you can come to Georgia specifically and spend as much money as they ask. Excellent TV cameras with support for all modern applications and standards, incredible beauty of the view and the territory. On the territory there are several houses standing on a slope in the forest, a reception and SPA building, a restaurant, a couple of buildings with a lounge and an event building. There are few houses, they stand at a comfortable distance (about 25 m), which creates a sense of privacy. The cottage has a comfortable bed, an armchair and a sofa, a safe, a coffee maker with tea making support, a kettle, a Marshall speaker with Bluetooth support, a high-quality Sony TV with Android TV and all modern functions: Youtube, Netflix, Chromecast, HDMI. On the balcony you can smoke or observe nature - a table and two chairs are in place. The main room around the perimeter has windows instead of walls, so the cottage offers panoramic views of the forest. Trees and greenery sit very tightly, so a sense of privacy and nature is created. There is a shower, sink, bidet and quite high-quality cosmetics: lotion, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Soft, pleasant towels, waffle bathrobes on the outside and soft inside, the tops are obviously disposable of medium quality. There is a restaurant on site, if you pay for breakfast, there will either be a fairly extensive buffet, or we will be able to choose dishes from a special menu. In general, the food is delicious, above average for Georgia in terms of prices and quality, but nothing super outstanding was found. Of the cons: ants are making their way into the cottages, but you are also resting in the forest. And the resort is also claimed as wellness, health and all that, but as if the basic component of health is drinking water - they put it in the minibar for 6 GEL, and not for free, although it would seem that they have already paid a lot for their stay...

The pros are just the pros, they have already been listed many times. It is a really sincere and pleasant place to which you return from year to year, and if earlier trips to Georgia were chaotic, or on business, today they have a clear goal - to visit this place in order to simply breathe the air. But there is also a disadvantage. One is large, the rest are small, which I don't even want to talk about. A major disadvantage is the kitchen. She's not ugly-she's just terrible. What they are trying to pass off as healthy food here are culinary crimes. In a country that is in the top 5 of my rating out of 130+ countries that I have visited, feeding people like this is simply unacceptable. I do not understand how the respected doctors who run this boarding house do not want to understand this. Perhaps they are cooked separately and they will never try what their "great chefs" servants throw on the table.

Cool villas. Cool views. A place where you can slow down and get some air. There are separate lounge halls (detached buildings) with a round open fireplace and billiards. With sliding glass walls. It's cool in the rain by the fireplace. The place is top! But there is not enough pool.

Terrible service and wild prices for who knows what. We celebrated the New Year 2023. Music and songs were shouted so that you had to speak directly into your neighbor's ear. The music didn't stop for a second. It was not possible to communicate with your loved ones at the table. For a company of 6 people, they brought one kebab of 6 mini pieces. The dry chicken breast with sauce did not cause an appetite at all. There was some kind of nonsense on the table of food. The price of the feast included 1 bottle of champagne, 1 bottle of mineral water. The cost for 1 person is 500 GEL 🥶 The paper napkins were barely questioned. With the onset of the 24:00 hour, the songs did not stop screaming, they did not stop at 23:55, 23:58, or 24:00. Not a single word to the guests with wishes or just Happy New Year. All that can be appreciated is the view of the whole of Tbilisi. But as you know, there are a lot of high points from where you can see all the fireworks of the city. You can't drive up to the restaurant by car. There is a transfer service, but it goes wholesale, you alone will be lucky, and your company of 6 people. He will go when the transfer is complete. Among the advantages: a large hall, panoramic Windows.
