из велосипеда торчит штырь под седушкой, и на нем никакого ограничителя. как итог: первая поездка - разодранная нога, вторая - порванные джинсы) в каких-то великах заглушка на штыре есть, в каких-то нет. на указание работникам на это только "пык мык мы не садили вас на велосипед и мы не хотим конфликта". ноль клиентоориентированности- молчу про минимальную скидку в качве извинений или хотя бы реально ИЗВИНЕНИЯ словесные. на ваш страх и риск)
