They are constantly rude and discussing visitors. I went to hand over the books, and an employee was fiddling with her computer. There were no people around. I just started saying my first and last name, she cut me off and shouted so loudly to the whole hall, "Don't you see I'm busy!!!" Hello, we have arrived! Why on earth is she talking to me so disrespectfully! I'm a stranger to her, not a girlfriend!! Of course, I didn't say anything, I don't like conflicts. Yes, I will continue to go to this library because it is nearby. But if they keep talking to me like that, my patience will burst. And I will not keep silent, but I will tell her directly that she is behaving very tactlessly! If she was so tired of all the visitors, then at least she could say hello!
