Bi Residence is an underrated apartment complex in Batumi. The complex has an interesting design - in the shape of a cylinder. The building was commissioned in 2023. All construction and fire extinguishing standards have been met. The house is finished with aluminum panels, panoramic windows of the Rehau. The studios are 34.4 sq.m. spacious. The house is gasified and heated. It has its own swimming pool, sauna and hammam, its own gym. There is an underground parking. 3 good large high-speed Kone elevators.

On the first day, they did not sign a contract, referring to the day off and not the work of the employees. We took a $100 deposit
A month of $ 350 (out of season)
In the evening, the water and Internet disappeared, a little later the elevator stopped working
The next day they did not fix it ( they asked the neighbors so they constantly say interruptions )
They decided not to move in here
But the $100 deposit was not returned even part of it
Decide for yourself whether to stay here or not

Отсутствие хаотичной застройки вокруг. Высокое качество строительства. Близость пляжа. Чистое море. Отзывчивый персонал. Развитая инфраструктура. Немного далековато от центра, но для любителей тихого и уютного отдыха, просто находка.
