This charming fountain is squeezed from the side and above by a crumbling building. To keep chunks of the structure from falling on your head, chain-link fences have been put up. Along the remaining edge, shabby kiosks sell foul-smelling food in an atmosphere straight out of a provincial bus station. The whole scene is topped off with a variety of hideous graffiti. It is the worst place a tourist could visit.

The fountain is cool, it was left from Yugoslavia, but it's completely broken and the place needs to be repaired.
