Great hotel on a beautiful beach. Near to the Oriental Village, just 5-10 min walk. It's old but it gives it a natural feeling like it should be like that. A wooden or stone bungalow much better for me than concrete and glass building in the middle of a jungle.

This is my first time in Malaysia, so I will leave the simplest impressions and comments so that they will be useful to others. 1. The territory of the complex is quite large. There is a shuttle service from the main building to the furthest rooms. And the closest ones too. 2. Be careful with iced drinks, they said. It seems that ice is made from ordinary, not always drinkable water. 4 days, while the flight is normal. 3. Yes, the hotel complex is not young. There is something to find fault with. But if you came on vacation to find fault, and not to relax, then I'm not your adviser. 4. This time, a vacation without children. There seems to be some entertainment and small slides, but I don't focus on that. You'd better find out for yourself. 5. The beach is within walking distance, clean, beautiful. Towels are provided by the pool, free of charge. They're clean too. There is a place for beach volleyball. The norm. 6. There is a snack bar and places for snacking, but it seems that after 17 they work on a paid basis. The price tag is, of course, higher than in Chennai. Be ready. 7. Room service is just a top: 7.1. The battery in the safe is dead, it was changed after 10 minutes, everything is working. 7.2. We slept for a long time and refused to clean. But the guy changed the towels. 7.3. They left the room for a long time. Came. Nothing has been touched, the mini-bar has been updated. 7.4. I felt hungry at night. At 2 a.m., we ordered food. 30 minutes of waiting and everything was brought. In general, they are nice and smiling people who want to respond in kind. Thank you very much!

Excellent rest is provided. One of the best beaches on the island. Protected from marine life. Accommodation in a chalet. Monkeys, rhinoceros birds and other animals. Monkeys are unobtrusive. If you don't bother them or leave food on the terrace, they won't bother you. There is a nice pool for children. The only drawbacks are the expensive restaurants on site. And if you take a boarding house, the food in the evenings is delicious but monotonous. A personal recommendation to rent a car or bike. And have dinner outside the hotel in the evenings. The local eateries are very tasty and inexpensive.

This was our second hotel in Langkawi, after the small and cozy Casa del Mar, it has a completely different format: a huge territory, lots of people, children, shuttles plying the territory! All rooms in the shalla, standing by the water on stilts, in the jungle, or on a hill! We had a room in the middle of the jungle, but also with a view of the ocean! The room is large, there is a balcony that needs to be closed, because monkeys can come to visit, the sticker on the glass warns about this. However, we did not see them, although we left the fruits on purpose! The room has a free minibar, which is updated every day (beer, sprite, cola, water, chips, nuts). Large bathroom with two sinks, shower, bathroom. All hygiene products, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, safe! To get to the pool, restaurants or lobby, you can call a shuttle by phone or via WhatsApp (there is a special chat). The breakfasts are good, and there is a large selection of food, snacks, drinks, and pastries. Lots of food with Indian spices. The restaurant area is large, but there are sooo many people. There may be a queue at the entrance. Although there are several restaurants on the territory, almost all go to one, next to the lobby! When swimming in the ocean, again, as in the previous hotel, we encountered the fact that some small fish, invisible in the murky water, bite. The sensations are unpleasant, like a tingling current, then the sensations persist for another half hour. Therefore, there were few swimmers. But there are a lot of people near the pool. The beach is big and wide. There are a lot of sun loungers, but if you come to the beach around 11-12 there may not be enough places. There is a bar on the beach, and there is also a pool. The hotel grounds themselves are certainly gorgeous. It is huge, covered in greenery, both wild and planted, birds are singing, you can see and feed monkeys of several species. There is a huge lobby, where you can sit in the cool and wait for a shuttle through the territory, or to the Cable Cab. Basically, we booked a room at this hotel due to the fact that the Sky Bridge is nearby. It takes 7 minutes to walk from the hotel or take a shuttle, but according to the schedule. Unfortunately, we did not get to the bridge, it was closed due to the wind at the top. It's better to get there early, as there are huge queues for tickets and boarding starting at 10:00. The hotel is a great, interesting accommodation format. But not for a quiet, secluded vacation. Well, the distance of almost all rooms from the pool, lobby, beach and restaurants is such that returning to the room for a forgotten phone, book or other necessity is a whole story!!

Breakfast is served buffet style every day, dinners are buffet style for a couple of days, main menu order for a couple of days, 160 ringgit is given for two, drinks are paid. The beach is a pleasure, the sand is white and clean. The territory of the hotel is large, green, monkeys run around. The mini bar in the room is free, there is a large selection of drinks, nuts and chips.

October 25, 2025 We left the hotel, but we really didn't want to leave. It's a paradise in the Jungle. The staff is amazing, whatever the whim, just don't be naughty. Nature, food, and service are all top notch. The attitude is great. The territory is huge, every day the room is cleaned, linen is changed, and personal hygiene supplies are added. Lovely cute monkeys in the morning and at lunch on the balcony. Monitor lizards walk around the territory. Toucans are sitting and screaming on the branches, and there are a lot of animals in general. A very chic hotel with top-level service. The beach is clean, the water in the sea is warm and transparent, a net from jellyfish is installed, but even if it leaks and stings, there is a sprinkler with vinegar on the beach itself or at the bartender on the beach that does not neutralize the bite of the jellyfish. Shuttles are delivered from the reception and from the room, as the territory is very large. Wooden houses of various types from small to large, everything is eco-friendly, even wooden toothbrushes. The food is varied and very tasty. There are five restaurants in the hotel, and you can choose any one for dinner, but some must be booked in advance. We are thinking of returning next year. I recommend this hotel. My husband and I had a little incident, we closed ourselves on the balcony from the street, it was good that my husband was on the phone, he wrote about the problem in the hotel chat and five minutes later an employee arrived and released us. In general, the rest was completely positive, active and gorgeous. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel.

Nice hotel, 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. There are rooms on the coastline and in the jungle, but it only sounds scary, they are harmoniously integrated into the area, not far from the beach, slightly on a hill. They take golf carts to them, very convenient. But we walk. Everything is nearby. The breakfast is mediocre, we have it included. For me, restaurants are delicious and the price tag is acceptable. Come if you don't have high expectations, for your money, and by the way, there really are monkeys here. There are special sound scares, it doesn't bother us)

The advantages are a large territory, separate villas, good dinners, both a la carte and buffet. Cons - the rooms are very old, for example, we had a crooked house with a sloping floor. There's a 10-15-minute queue for breakfast, just to go to a restaurant. Then there are queues for omelets, pancakes, and in the restaurant itself, everything is old - there is noise and uproar. The pool - near the lobby - is old, a lot of people didn't dare to swim. The second pool is near the spa - there is no one because it is paid for about $ 30 per hotel guest... The beach and the sea are average, there is much better on the island. In general, this is far from a luxury resort, but it can be compared with inexpensive 3-4* Thailand, only there the price will be $ 100

The best place we've been in 14 days in Malaysia. The prices are certainly not humane, but this is a vacation, if you don't have money, then stay at home. They feed at 5+. Monkeys at every turn, monitor lizards, a gorgeous place. There is a cable car 10 minutes from the hotel, a village with shops and many restaurants. There is almost no alcohol anywhere, the reception has a store, but it is 5 times more expensive there, it is cheaper to take a taxi to go to Dyutik. But let's remember the first rule, if you don't have money, then stay at home. This is not a vacation to save money on.

We stayed for 4 nights in August 2024, it turned out to be optimal for us. There was time to go on excursions and spend time on the beach at the hotel. The territory is huge, there are houses overlooking the sea and the jungle. The beach is big, there are few people, there are waves, but not as big as in Phuket, for example. The eastern village with a cable car is within walking distance, where you can have lunch and buy groceries at 7/11. I definitely recommend this hotel. The Internet is not bad, breakfasts for 4+, nature around 5+.

The hotel is old, the furniture is shabby. Monkeys do not let you rest in peace, you should forget to close the balcony and the room will be in chaos! Although the breakfasts are varied, they are all in the Asian manner. After a week, the food gets boring. The territory is large. We tried to take a walk, but it's hard in the heat... Be careful with the sea. At the bottom there are stones that are overgrown with sharp shells. At low tide, you can cut your leg open. My husband did just that! Then it hurt to walk for three days. Our stay at this hotel was for one time!
