I contacted Lida on October 21st about the renewal of the contract. The employee reissued the contract for about 35 minutes. A few days later, it turned out that I had entered some kind of promised payment, which, of course, she did not warn me about, as a result, I receive a message that I need to top up my balance.Of course, I didn't expect this, because I only put money in the account, that is, the person did what was not necessary and no one asked for it. I started asking this employee what the balance on the previous account was, she said she would call me back, but she never called back.… When I called Minsk (they're also good), they only transfer from operator to operator, because they don't know anything.
