I want to share my experience of buying apartments in Batumi. In August 2023, the idea of buying a house in Georgia caught fire after visiting Tbilisi. They began to monitor the markets, study the specifics and so on... We talked with agents from different agencies. I want to note the professionalism of the guys. It was cool. I would especially like to mention Andrey Permyakov. From getting acquainted with the objects on Whatsapp to making a deal with the developer and depositing money to the bank , full support . Andrey wound 100/500 km with us until we decided on a choice. It was correct, professional and safe. Andrey also helped to purchase a SIM card and issue a bank account.
