We had an apartment with a sea view. In general, a good option for living for your money. Of the advantages: -there is free gated parking, including underground -large room and shower room - there is a kitchen, we did not cook, but the presence of a microwave and a large refrigerator was very pleasing -there is a washing machine -the room is cleaned every day (towels are changed, tea, water, paper are served, dishes are washed) -there is a hair dryer, ironing board, dryer, iron, air conditioning, bathrobes - there is a balcony It should be understood that the hotel is far from the center and all the attractions need to be reached by transport. It took 5-10 GEL to get to the old town by taxi, and 10-20 minutes. But it was convenient to go by car to the beach in Sarpi, because swimming is strictly not recommended in Batumi itself. So the location was generally convenient for us. Except that there is a construction site in front of the building. There is a nice breakfast cafe and a bakery in the building itself. There is a tiny Spar nearby, there is an exchanger opposite. Minuses: - The shower smells like sewage -also, there is only 1 towel hook in the shower and no shelves at all. - the water is heated by a tiny heater. It will not be possible to fully wash 2 people in a row, you need to wait -an unsuccessful wall in the shower, after washing the entire floor is a solid puddle - very loud maids. They start cleaning somewhere from 9-10 in the morning, turn on music in the hallway, yell at each other, someone is constantly talking very loudly to them on the walkie-talkie. I woke up every morning from it.

The excellent location of the hotel, If the view is important, then rooms should be taken at the end of the building with a view of the sea. It will be just perfect. There is a large beautiful new park nearby. There are bars and hookah bars in the building that work until the last customer. And there is no such "Babylon" as in the orbit...

I liked everything very much (cool) 11th floor, family room, huge balcony with views of the whole city and the sea ... Clean, cozy, excellent attitude of the staff. Modern room, has everything you need, like in a FIVE-star hotel... I recommend it to everyone!!!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. There is no receptionist at the reception, bell boy registers guests instead, for 4 days they never came to clean the room without asking, breakfast is very meager. The only plus is the sea view. I don't recommend it.

Dogs bark all night, there is a smell of dampness and black mold in the apartment, the decoration in the building is done "in a hurry", gaps everywhere, broken mirrors in the elevators, there was not a minute of sun in the apartment at all, constant semi-darkness and the view of the windows of the neighboring building. The furniture is covered in wool, the stove is dirty, the coffee maker for cooking with burnt food remains, the mats are dirty, the floor is very cold, I had to keep the air conditioner on all the time.
