If they still knew how to handle objections and your admin was interested in resolving the conflict properly, everything could be completely different. But this behavior that I'm shouting and such phrases as "you can keep it down, let's step back," and shifting some kind of blame onto the client doesn't make you look good at all. In front of me, at that moment, the woman was taking bread and refused to order because of the long wait. And they just told her OK, they'll make a refund now. This is an attitude from the "don't like it go ahead" series. Fortunately, there are many good places in the city, uh, before you go, you should have read the reviews to understand that the service here is at a low level and not spoil your breakfast.
