The electronic queue often does not work. It's stuffy, there's no air conditioning. They lose parcels, they can't find them in the warehouse. They searched for my parcel for 7 (!) days from the moment of arrival at the post office and said that they did not have a parcel and I messed up something. As a result, it turned out that the package was simply not lying where they were looking for. It's a terrible place.
