Very disappointing experience. The listed phone number doesn’t work, and the facility is chaotic, with vendors constantly trying to sell clothing and even underwear instead of providing a relaxing atmosphere. My prepaid massage was delayed for hours. After waiting two hours, I was told the massage therapist was on a break. I ended up waiting over five hours for a service I had already paid for. There is also no privacy—guests are expected to undress in front of others, and I even saw a man walking around, which is very uncomfortable. Poor organization, no respect for customers’ time, and an unacceptable lack of privacy. I would not recommend this place.
