The only problem we faced was that the flight arrived 40 minutes earlier than the time specified in the booking and the representative with the sign was not found. I had to call - the issue was resolved within 5 minutes. At the same time, when I called the day before, I clarified this possibility on the company's Moscow phone - they reassured me that there would be no problems - they would follow the flight number and meet me.
