I handed over my mink fur coat on 05/08/2025 in order to make a vest out of it. On the date 08/06/2025, specialist Svetlana did not even take up my order. She postponed the deadline several times, after my calls, she promised to start right now, or on the way out. Very poor service, idle chatter, waste of my time. The fur coat has been lying around all summer, but it's not really ready for the season. I really regretted that I believed and applied.
