I really liked the hotel! We don't have many vacations, so we wanted the accommodation to be comfortable. I think this is the best hotel in Abkhazia today. New, modern, with a magnificent SPA . I really liked the room (we had a Superior, upon arrival we were informed that it was in an old building), high ceilings, excellent sound insulation, a comfortable bed, a spacious balcony with a soft sofa. We didn't get into the hottest weather period, so we appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom (they are carefully regulated) . The location is very convenient: to the left to the sea - just cross the road, up to the right - the road to the waterfall. The park is right in front of the main entrance. I fully support you, all the positive feedback. The staff's work is excellent. Friendliness, kindness, attention from literally every employee of the hotel. Thanks to the maids for the excellent service, thanks to the reception staff (the clever Maria met us and saw us off), thanks to the staff of the restaurant-bar, especially Julia (positive, energetic, attentive; the first day she helped to get used to an unfamiliar place). This is not the first time we have vacationed in New Athos; you can see how many new hotels have been built and are being built. But I don't think it will be better anywhere than in Ashamt.

Это настоящий райский островок ! Как все таки здорово продумано и грамотно использовано это место) близость к морю, рядом парк с лебедями, водопад, заповедник, монастырь и этот шикарный отель! Проживали в историческом корпусе с потолками в 3,5 метра высотой! Широкие коридоры, огромные номера. В номере есть капсульная кофемашина, в первый день приятный сюрприз от отеля в виде фруктов. Панорамный бассейн на верхнем этаже с кристально чистой водой - это просто сказка! Отдельный восторг это ресторан! Шеф-повару отдельный респект! Все готовят из под ножа! Все свежайшее! Виоле большой привет) хорошая доброжелательная девочка. Весь персонал отеля большие молодцы!!! Очень все понравилось! Этот отель сделал наш отдых незабываемым! Спасибо !

We traveled through Abkhazia in the winter, in December, and the Ashamta hotel became the most pleasant place of all where we stayed. I want to come back here. This is an oasis where every detail is thought out. We arrived in December, and there was a warm pool waiting for us on the roof (I swam there, it was really warm) with a stunning view of the sea and the park — it's worth coming in winter for that alone! The rooms are very cozy and warm, and the balconies overlook the New Athos Monastery. The breakfasts are great, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, surrounded by care and all sorts of small pleasures. Location is one of the main advantages. The sea and all the sights of New Athos can be reached on foot in 5-15 minutes. I'll come back here someday.
