An unforgettable holiday at Arycanda Kirman Premium! Our stay at Arycanda Kirman Premium exceeded all expectations. We would especially like to praise the F&B department for its outstanding service. The Kazakh staff members were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The quality of the alcoholic beverages was excellent, and the cocktails were absolutely amazing—among the best we have ever enjoyed at a resort. The minibar was well-stocked and regularly replenished. We were also impressed by the service around the pool and on the beach. A special mention goes to the waiters who deliver drinks on roller skates—such a unique and enjoyable touch that makes the guest experience even more special. From the exceptional service to the high-quality drinks and welcoming atmosphere, everything was perfect. This was truly a fantastic holiday, and we will definitely return in the future.

Never come to this hotel ,specially in July or August . Horrible situation, they specially use generator from 8.00 am till late night for just Not to pay electricity bill. With generator, Air conditioner are not working , not possible to sit in Room . There are lots of other minus points which I will write in my next review .

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is all friendly and welcoming, there is even an online assistant on WhatsApp. À la carte — free 1 time in 7 days, but it is better to make an appointment in advance. They checked us in immediately upon arrival, at 11 o'clock, gave us a nice room with a partial sea view, on the third floor; however, in the evenings there was a slight noise if the windows were open, but not critical: if closed, it was quiet. We cleaned daily, without complaints. The food is varied: there are many salads, first and second courses, appetizers, desserts, and there is also a separate meal for kids. Every dinner is themed — I really liked it ;) It's very convenient during the day: you don't have to go to the main restaurant, but have lunch on the food court. Burgers, fries, pasta, and delicious pizza from the oven can be prepared there; salads and second courses are also available. In general, you definitely won't stay hungry. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool, and there is a lifeguard on the beach. In the evenings there is good animation, live voice concerts; in the afternoon — darts, volleyball. A long coastline, a small forest — there is a place to walk. You can rent a car at the hotel, which is very convenient: it takes half an hour to get to Alanya. Nearby there is a Migros, a bazaar, in the passage they sell delicious strawberries and melons. Would I come back to this hotel again? Of course! We had a rest at Arycanda Kirman Premium — we were as satisfied as possible! The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, everything is clean, green, pleasant to walk. The beach is comfortable, the sea is clean, there are always plenty of sun beds. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the cleaning is regular and of high quality. The staff is friendly, always trying to help and quickly resolve any issues. Animation and entertainment are also excellent — not intrusive, but there is always something to do. In general, it is a great hotel for a holiday, where you want to return. We had a rest from 04/29 to 05/11/2026. Overall, the weather was good, with the exception of three rainy days. The sea is of course very cool, but the pool is warm and nice, the sun was up to +32 Before May 5, everything was very sad. After that, the kitchen got better and there were more staff. Therefore, I recommend that you plan your stay at this hotel after May 5th. Until May 8, the main restaurant was open only for breakfast and dinner, and you could have lunch at the pool food court or at the 24-hour a la carte restaurant. Of course, this is not a premium, but an ordinary hotel) It should be understood that the "premium" costs completely different money. There is no ironing station in the room, and an iron is not provided upon request. Things can only be ironed through the laundry for a fee. I recommend that owners of long and thick hair take their own hair dryer. The hairdryer in the room works for 2 minutes and turns off. The large pool was not heated, it was heated only at the nearby hotel Leodokia. Pros: a varied, good evening program for every interest, wonderful shows! There are good children's and adult slides, and there are cheesecakes. A varied program at the kids' club, an excellent gaming club with slot machines and a psp. I really liked the ArCan spa complex at the hotel, a Russian-speaking, medically educated Gul consultant from Baku works at the reception, the whole family went for a massage every other day, although they did not plan to. Gul made appointments for the type of massage. I highly recommend massage therapist Nadir (from Uzbekistan) - he is the best in his field! It is better to buy excursions not from a guide (three times more expensive). There's an agency across the street, it's cheaper there. Look for pharmacies with price tags, they are very deceiving. There is a bus stop not far away, you can go to Alanya. But it's better to stay in Konakli, there are 2 shopping malls. Migros Is, De Facto, Lais Vacciki. There are also many ATMs. ATM of a Turkish bank, withdrawal without interest (only your bank will charge for the conversion).

There is a lot of entertainment: there is a small water park for toddlers, there are slides for older children and adults, there is a fitness area, a gym, a game room where you can play tennis, billiards, air hockey, there are two bowling lanes, you can play computer games. Now let's move on to what tourists go to Turkey for: there is plenty of sun, the beach and access to the sea, the hotel wins even compared to nearby hotels, we walked along the shore with my daughter, so I know what I'm talking about. There are enough free deck chairs on the beach at any time, the water in the pool is very warm, the deck chairs next to the pool need to be occupied early, but we always found at least one free, after 16-00 half of the deck chairs are vacated. The entire schedule of events at the hotel is sent to WhatsApp every day. There is an evening show every day, then a disco until 24-00 and after that it is quite quiet on the territory of the hotel. In general, the hotel pays a lot of attention to recreation with children. Why and how we chose this hotel: we searched the Internet for a long time and couldn't find anything suitable for ourselves for the holiday period, and then the AI came to the rescue, read reviews on different sites, and we bought a ticket and didn't regret it. Of course, you won't please everyone. There will always be people who have something wrong. Are there any comments about the hotel, yes there are, but they are not significant for us and this does not affect the overall assessment of the hotel. For example: in the room, when the air conditioner was turned on at full power, there was a strong fan noise, but we always used the minimum mode, it was enough for us, so we did not inform the hotel staff to fix it. Would I recommend this hotel to others, definitely Yes. My daughter said that if we go to Turkey, then only to this hotel. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay.

It's a lovely hotel. I had a vacation with 2 children aged 4 and 2. The animations for the kids are great, the food preferences are all taken into account and the kids are happy. A separate respectable service for children (small town, wet wipes, video babysitter and everything for free). The room service is excellent. The administration is very friendly and knowledgeable in Russian, there will be no problems. Access to the sea and the beach is also great, everything is clean, as is the entire territory. Delicious coffee only in the bar on the 2nd floor. - there is a so-called "restaurant". But the menu is very small. Moreover, they do not have a paper menu. And if you booked a table for the opening (19:00), but arrived earlier, then the menu by QR code will still open only after 19:00! You will need to sit stupidly and wait for the appointed time. By the way, you can only sit at a specially designated table. - the hotel does not have a paper catalog of services or a schedule of all events. There is only one answer to the question "where to find out every time" - scan the QR code on the TV. It turned out that you need to download and install their app on your phone. There is no information on paper or on the website. Only in the app. - all pools have cold water. It is colder than at sea (at the beginning of November). All water slides are open until 12. Then take a break for a couple of hours. You can't really find out about all the breaks anywhere either. - there is an Alana Grand Bazaar nearby. But in fact, this is an ordinary market with Chinese clothes. There are several souvenir shops, but the contents are of minimal quality. It is better to buy a little more expensive in duty free, but more beautiful and of better quality. And there is much more choice and not so banal. - the plumbing in the room is obviously not cleaned. A stream is pouring out of the shower in different directions. The faucet handle does not turn well, there is no way to adjust the water smoothly. Periodically, the water in the toilet bowl does not stop after draining. Every day, new bottles of gel, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner were added. Even when their number exceeded 30 pieces... - if you don't throw the towels on the floor, but, for example, just hang them up, then the maid certainly won't change them, it's OK. But why they should be stacked together is generally unclear. And then how do you figure out which towel belongs to whom? The mattress is slightly wrinkled. The key to the room is a wooden card, which, of course, can eventually deteriorate from humidity and stop working. - the level of the entertainment club is certainly small. The tennis table consists of two separate parts that are not fastened in any way (for the game you need to put them tightly together). The billiard table is generally tilted to one side so that the balls roll off a little. Not much, but noticeable. In bowling, pins are tied to strings like puppets) it looks cheap, but even funny). There is also an archery range outside. But the target had to be changed long ago, and the shooting range itself was on another break. I didn't see any bow or arrow. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel. Only if, as a plan B. A lot of services and entertainment are provided, but in all you can find some significant (or not so much) disadvantages. It feels like another service is being added for show. And the fact that it's of low quality doesn't bother anyone anymore.

We stayed at the hotel from August 14th to 31st. We chose a hotel a week before arrival, so the prices were already more expensive. It takes about 1.5 hours to get from the airport by private transfer. The hotel is very beautiful, there is a place to walk, the pool is large and spacious. There are plenty of sun beds everywhere, but tourists take up their places with towels in the morning. It can be difficult to find a place after lunch, but it's real. The sea is a couple of minutes away. It's clean, the sand on the beach, the entrance is pebbles, then there are big stones. There were some minor problems at the beginning, there were not enough toiletries, glasses, but upon check-in they give a link to a chat with a personal manager, everything was worked out. A variety of food, every day a dinner in some style. There is an excellent game center with animators for children, you can leave children there, every day and with various activities, a children's water park. There are several bars on the beach, by the pool, with a QR code, drinks will be brought directly to the sunbed. Lots of staff, all very friendly.
