The representative of the tour operator assured that you can choose a massage therapist or masseuse. As a result, there was a massage therapist - why promise if there is no work to be done? We talked about our conditions several times to different people. There is also a "coordinator" for this spa complex, they impose every procedure, the massage therapists say that "your blood supply is not very good - you need such a massage for an additional fee.payment." and so on. If you have the same skin (and I think you do), don't waste your time. The building itself is beautiful, well maintained, everything is fine, but everything else leaves much to be desired.

We visited this hammam from the Anex tour guide, we didn't like it. Everything is set to flow, quickly, quickly, do everything and send you on your way. No relaxation, even tea is served in plastic cups. We had to complain to the guide, and we were compensated for the moral damage. They were invited back to the hammam and everything was done properly, and tea was served in glass cups. ))) there are a lot of bad reviews from visitors. I do not recommend it!
