We had the honor to visit this wonderful restaurant today. The service is not that at the level of an average restaurant, the level at the station in the stall is higher and better. When we entered the restaurant, we couldn't write a restaurant, it turned out that they didn't have a clean table to put us at a table. On one side there were three tables pushed into a pile, on the other side there was a seemingly empty table. They couldn't put us at the shifted tables, because they didn't want to move them apart and clean them up. I had to go to the exit, to an empty table. The menu was brought, but it was impossible to sit at the table. He was just dirty!!!! In the crumbs, something was spilled on the table. They asked me to remove it. The waitress came with a disgruntled face and an incomprehensible rag. She wiped it and offered to sit down. The sofa was covered in crumbs, and there were carrots and pieces of lettuce on the floor. And the table was all sticky. They asked me to wipe the table again. The waitress's indignation was simply undisguised. With a dissatisfied face, a spray of chemicals and a rag, I came to the table and immediately began to spray some kind of composition on the table, despite the fact that the children (there were two children with us) did not have time to get up from the table. Chemistry began to get on them, and she did not have enough imagination and intelligence to stop this circus.
The rest and the impression were ruined for the whole evening. Naturally, there was simply no point in staying there and having dinner, with this approach there was an option to end up in an infectious diseases hospital after eating!
To be honest, I did not expect such an attitude towards customers in the "restaurant".

Отличное кафе. Самая лучшая пицца в городе. Всей семьёй обожаем "Золото Макарова". Приятно посидеть и в узком кругу и большой компанией. Сын, 3 года, очень любит их крем суп с курицей.

My colleagues and I often order pizza for lunch. I decided to offer to try "Harlequin", they have both dough and cheese that seem to be good. What a disappointment it was when "Gorelik" arrived instead of the expected delicious pizza. I opened it with the courier, there was no additional cheese (although it is in the order) and there were a couple of black bubbles (well, toasted, we love this one too, and there was no time to wait again, so I took it away). Having already opened it at the table, I regretted that I did not lift it at the courier ... On the back side, the pizza turned out to be completely burnt... In general, I will not order more here and will not advise anyone.

On Sunday I had a chance to visit the pizzeria Harlekino.My husband does not eat pork and a beef steak was ordered for him.The aroma coming from the steak was very pleasant.We were served meat 3-4cm thick.To be honest, the steak came out just perfect.The meat is very tender, juicy, and fragrant.A great addition is cranberry sauce, which perfectly emphasized the taste of meat.Impressed by the level of cuisine.Thanks to the restaurant team for an unforgettable evening.We will definitely come back here more than once and recommend it to friends.

When choosing a pizza on the Harlequin website, be vigilant. The pizzeria misleads the customer in terms of size. When choosing a pizza of 0.5 meters, they require an additional payment per meter, although there is a specific cost for 0.5.
The registrar does not speak correctly. Thanks for ruining the evening. I'll pick a pizza somewhere else.

Были пару недель назад в данной пиццерии,в течении нескольких раз.в целом,остались довольны,вкусная кухня и атмосфера приятная,интерьер и т.д.смутил один факт,очень неприятная,неприветливая,и в целом недружелюбная официантка.всем своим видом отпугивает,и дает понять,что место нам в аду.человек настолько оборзевший,что не может сказать спасибо,когда ему оставляют на чай,не говоря уже о чем то другом.

Заказывала на протяжении нескольких лет пиццу только здесь. Сегодня у нас с мужем годовщина, позвали гостей , заказали любимую пиццу и что. Мы остались без пиццы!! При заказе озвучили время доставки 1-1:30 часа, ждём. Проходит 2 часа, звоним, администратор придумывает кучу причин почему не доставили пиццу по указанному времени. По итогу администратор нахамила <если хотите, отказывайтесь>, а самое интересное в качестве извинений предложила на следующий заказ скидку в -10%, учитывая то, что при заказе пиццы они и так давали купоны на следующий заказ скидку 10%.
Подвожу итог: праздник испорчен, благодаря неграмотному подходу к клиентам, ужасном отношении. Жаль, что не ценят постоянных клиентов, не умеют признавать и исправлять ошибки. И впредь заказывать пиццу в данном кафе не будем! И обязательно расскажем друзьям об отношении.

Очень вкусная и не дорогая еда и просто обалденная Пицца, по умеренным ценам можно вкусно пообедать, заказать пиццу. Доставка работает отменно привозят всё вовремя, и даже горячую еду.

Давно знаю про существование этого ресторанчика лет 15 но из-за дальнего для меня местоположения не ходили. Был Арлекино в Гиппо и потом возле Мандарина жаль что закрылись ооочень вкусная у них была пицца, с семьей регулярно к ним ходили. Так вот в поисках куда сводить семью дабы вкусить самой вкусной в городе пиццы вспомнил про этот ресторанчик и не пожалел!!! Очень и очень вкусно , брали 4вида разных пицц все вкусные понравилось и детям и нам с супругой. Официанты были всегда рядом когда нужно- ждать не приходилось, приносили заказ с учетом приготовления оперативно. Интерьер самого ресторанчика классический без изысков, спокойный, с настроем на семейный отдых с упором именно на покушать. Пока там были видел что многие приходили семьями . Рекомендую для семейного отдыха в виде вкусного питания.

Заказали пиццу " Сборная". Когда открыли коробку,то на наших лицах был полный восторг от самого оформления,прямо слюнки потекли)). А что про вкус - то это незабываемо вкусно, учитывая разнообразный набор продуктов. Однозначно всем рекомендуем!!!
