For a very long time, about a year, I was preparing for the construction of a house and choosing a contractor. In live communication, Alexander explains any technical issue in great detail competently. At the construction site of my house, I introduced a lot of new ideas. The house turned out to be more expensive than the initial estimate, but there were many new wishes. Only positive emotions remained about Alexander and his family.

Заказывал дом-лофт без отделки, увеличенный по высоте под полноценный второй этаж, но без большой террасы спереди. Под меня сделали проект без дополнительной оплаты. Перед новым годом заложили коммуникации и залили фундамент, весной собрали каркас, утеплили и зашили всё, работой полностью доволен. Единственное, что не угадал - выбрал крышу из профнастила, думал сэкономить, но по факту теперь жалею, т.к. смотрится не очень. Металлочерепица было бы лучше (это мой взгляд). Бригаде Павла большое спасибо. Внутреннюю отделку тоже планирую с этими ребятами делать, но уже в следующем сезоне. Ну и 5 звёзд!
