Terrible, disgusting service. I wanted to open a safe deposit box in the bank. I couldn't get through to the branch's phone number listed on the website. I came at a convenient time on Saturday, took a ticket to open a cell at the vending machine. I waited an hour for my turn. And it was only before closing that it turned out that the cells did not work on Saturdays. When asked why it was possible to take a coupon, the manager replied that she could not reconfigure the program every time and I needed to ask someone if the cell was working. When asked why I should ask about this, the answer was that it was Saturday and I should have known that not all services were working. In general, instead of apologizing for wasting my time, I received a bunch of theses about why the bank manager is right and I am not. I read that in the modern world there is no excuse for such a disgusting customer service.
I registered at 9:10 on Wednesday through EarlyOne (appa so as not to wait in line). I waited for 5-7 minutes at the end, everything was done quickly. Maybe lucky? :)
Disgusting bank! I waited an hour, asking in advance if it was possible to receive a Unistream transfer, and they said yes. Upon receipt, they said that you need to book the amount in advance.

If you have a passport of a different color, you have nothing to do here. Pure nationalism, you will have to answer for it sooner or later..
You probably won't get slower... delayed service in any other bank ... if you see 5 people in the hall, despite the fact that 5 windows are working, you had to wait for more than 40 minutes!!! Not to mention the simplest procedure, which took at most 10 minutes in other banks, here the characters had to solve for another half hour ... their only plus is the working time, otherwise there is no reason to come here
