We lived in February 24.The location is good. There is no elevator. To the third floor with suitcases and back up the stairs. The breakfasts and the bar are very good. The pool is also good. The hotel is tired. But at the reception, we got to some girl. She doesn't speak English, they couldn't check in for an hour, she couldn't find the payment. We provided a voucher, a booking code - no way. Until the eldest came. The issue was resolved within a minute. A lot of apologies from her, but my nerves got messed up. The attitude towards tourists is like in Sochi during the Soviet era. We won't go there anymore

The hotel is fun- I recommend it! The only negative is the low tide (it was in January), in November there was no such thing in Phuket. The gym has a weak assortment. The kitchen is decent. The staff is helpful.

Excellent hotel, pools with thermal springs. There are no complaints about the number or service. The territory is decayed, but most likely due to the covid period. It's a long way to the center, it wouldn't be very good without a car. Overall, it's perfect.
