A great place to relax with your family. The staff is very helpful. The cuisine is delicious, the portions are large. Everything is clean, it doesn't stink. The pool is convenient for both adults and children. Rescuers are constantly watching. I really liked this place, we will visit it.

Excellent changing rooms, there is a hairdryer, large and comfortable closets. The service is excellent , there is a DJ and an incendiary show program, the food is delicious , it is convenient that there is a children's pool. Today we visited the Aplen Park recreation area with the children. We went for the promotion of 4000 tenge per adult and 2500 tenge per child. There are 2 swimming pools for children and adults on the territory, there is a bar in the pool, a water polo net, cafe and ottoman areas, a playground. There are 11 hotel rooms.
The locker room is clean, the lockers are large. There is a shower room and hair dryers. The water is clean and warm.
It is a very cozy, beautiful place. The waiters and staff are smart, friendly guys.
The cuisine is delicious, the prices are slightly above average. For 3 people, 18,800 tenge went out to eat and drink.
The only drawback is that we came after the meeting and there were no free sunbeds. There are not enough sun beds. I had to stay in the cafe area, not far from the pool. The children and I liked everything. We will be happy to come again

Top. Clean pools, clean changing rooms, clean area. Attentive staff. Everything is there. The kitchen is good. The beer from the local Sigma brewery is excellent. Two clown DJs with idiotic jokes and bad music at full volume spoil the impression a little on weekends. But thank God they are only for three hours with breaks. If you kick them out, it will be an ideal place to relax.

We visited the water park, two pools on the territory, one is designed for children, the main one and a large one for more adults, although the descent is very comfortable for children under 10 years old. Large territory, greenery, recreation areas, table tennis, music with a presenter and DJ. But...either the administration was not ready for a large number of visitors, or I don't know what, but in fact there were not enough soft drinks and a choice of beer, and the wait for the ordered food reached an hour and a half. Of course, this has undermined the reputation, because this institution is positioned at the highest level.

Nice pool, clean, comfortable deck chairs,good service and polite waiters. Payment by magnetic number is well thought out.
Disadvantages: not a very good kitchen, there was not a delicious barbecue and not a very tasty pizza (very little filling). I was pleased with the lemonades, and not bad alcoholic cocktails. But it's wonderful to relax with children
