Customer orientation is 0/100. It was written that the pharmacy is open from 9:45! The shopping center is open from 10:00. I wanted to buy pills from them and wait inside, they wouldn't let me in with the baby!!!! And it's terribly cold outside. At least inhumanly!

They sold dietary supplements under the guise of medicine At about 9:40, I went to this pharmacy to buy a painkiller for my throat. According to Google Maps, the pharmacy was supposed to open at 8:30 a.m., but it was closed. I rang the number on the door, and a man answered, who was apparently sleeping there. I asked for a sore throat medication, and he gave me Strepsils Defense. I paid with my card and left, after just a couple of steps at the door of the pharmacy, I opened the package and tasted the marshmallow and realized that it was different from the Strepils that I had used before. I translated the instructions through the translator and found out that this is not a medicine, but a dietary supplement. I went back to the pharmacy and told the same employee that it wasn't medicine. He insisted that it was a medicine. Although it clearly says on the box that it is a supplement, he said, "This is how medicines are sold in Turkey. There is no other way, just these Strepsils." I asked if they could give me another throat remedy. He said they had no other options. Then Leila, an employee who speaks Russian, said that in Turkey all throat lozenges are classified as additives, and that I had to check the box in advance. I find this response from the staff unacceptable. I trusted the pharmacy and did not expect to be misled when buying a sore throat remedy. Despite the fact that I pointed out the mistake, the staff refused to admit it, which is deliberately misleading the customer. The man who served me is named Ismail; he threatened me with the police because I noticed that he sold me a dietary supplement disguised as medicine!

I was looking for a working pharmacy on a holiday. The whole mall was working fine... except for this pharmacy. I give 3 stars only for the fact that it is there at all.
