The bank is working sooo slowly, I just had to change the money, as it turned out it couldn't be done at an ATM without an Armenian phone number. However, a very nice girl from the reception helped me, kept her room and even took me 200 drams more money than I needed, since 1000 drams is the smallest piece of paper, so I put 4 stars for the human factor, thank you very much to the girl!!!

I came to the bank branch at 42 Mashtots Avenue for a simple currency exchange, I have never been served in a bank for so long. For some reason, the clients who came later than me also passed earlier for the exchange, I waited an hour and a half! The staff is polite, but EVERYTHING is very slow!!! The bank branch arrived at 15:54, left at 17:32!

I signed up through EarlyOne, waited 10 minutes for my turn. The documents for opening accounts were accepted and everything was processed within an hour. The only thing was that it was not possible to issue an account for an individual entrepreneur, they were sent to Sayat-Novy. The specialists and staff are polite. Thank you.
