In the Arabic inscription on the entrance door of the mosque located in the Hacı Bayram neighborhood in Ulus: "The masjid was repaired by Ahi Yakup, son of Ahi Çelebi, son of Ahi Sinan, in 794. Before that, Ahi Shuja, Ahi Melik, Ahi Ali, Ahi Sharafuddin and Ahi Yakup had also done repairs. After that, one tenth of the crop was reserved for the imam, twenty for the muezzin and thirty dirhams for oil lamps every year." It is written.
