I have no complaints about the supermarket itself everything is great. However, the café located next to it has a completely unreasonable policy: you can’t take sweet pastries to go. It’s very convenient for me to stop by before work, quickly grab something without waiting in line, and head out. But they force you to go into the main store to make the purchase, arguing that items bought at the café must be eaten on-site. I find this rule absolutely illogical and unfair to customers. It creates significant inconvenience, because I’m paying for the product and it should be my right to decide where I eat it at home or elsewhere. So basically, they refuse to sell me the product unless I agree to eat it right there in front of them. How is that even acceptable?

We bought a steak in a vacuum package on the evening of 05/07/2025, came home, put it in the refrigerator to cook for lunch in the afternoon, opened the package, the steak had a rotten smell, did not dare to eat it, went to the store and demanded a refund, offered an exchange for another steak, the store manager claimed that "the steak was stored outside the refrigerator" but no less offered a choice of another steak or make a refund. We decided to take another steak, arrived home, opened the package, the smell of one half of the steak was more or less normal, the other smelled a little, we thought, maybe it already seemed, we decided to fry until fully cooked, the smell of rotten beef was still present, it tasted the same, spat out everything and threw it away! The horror! Also, blame the customer for not putting it in the fridge right away?! The packing date of the steak was 05/06/2025, valid until 05/20/2025, the meat looks normal, but nevertheless the meat was probably spoiled before packaging or the storage standards of the meat itself were violated in production.... Conclusion: choose a refund of goods and money! And don't take steaks at the AGROHUB!
