The room was cold, the reservation said sorry, but we don't have a heater, they only put mineral water on the first day, they asked for 200 rubles per day to keep each luggage, the building is quite old, but the rooms were clean.

This hotel is awesome, the hotel has comfortable and clean rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. I also want to give a thanks to Mss Madina. Mss Madina never spares us her kindly helps with her smiling face and kindness.
