I've been visiting the club for the third month. Beautiful gym, changing rooms, shower and toilet. Polite staff, come to the rescue at the first call. It is comfortable for any person, regardless of age and level of training. We were very pleased with the preparation for Halloween: the decoration of the hall, the devil trainers ;-), discounts! We are waiting for surprises for the New Year, and, of course, sports results - it's real here!

I want to leave words of gratitude to the staff of my favorite gym!I accidentally came to your gym, I live in another area, but I'm ready to spend time on the road because of the special atmosphere, comfort, and equipment. The coaches in this room are kind of special, seriously.... They never refuse to help and almost always smile. In this hall, no one looks with contempt, there is no arrogance, the visitors seem to have known each other for 100 years and communicate with each other. A spacious gym, a variety of gym equipment, good locker rooms, the gym is clean. The administrators of the cutie, always with respect, always meet the customer halfway. The girls in the locker room also praised the group training very much, but I haven't reached it yet. There is a bokas area. I wish you prosperity! And I recommend Adrenaline for Oleshev to everyone.

I rarely write bad reviews, but it just boiled over. I took it solely because of group classes, I like to train in a group more).
in principle, all the coaches are good, it is very comfortable to train... except for one tall thin guy (I don't know the name), he always comes up and comments on what is necessary and not necessary. As soon as I came for the first time, I asked have you been engaged before? I answered yes. The answer is killed - you can't see that you were engaged at all)) he laughed)) at the same time, I weigh 60, height 172) I took it as a joke, I thought well, a person's humor is bad) It was in March 2024. But... when I got to his classes, it continued... jokes.. comments... incomprehensible... A couple of times I softly said it wasn't funny... I will add that all this happened not only to me... to the other girls too... But yesterday 14.11. after attending a training session... and once I got to him again, I decided that I would not go to him anymore. Since, again, the behavior is not ethical, the person forces me to do what I facilitate for health reasons... From yesterday: are you completely arrogant?)
I asked you not to comment on me anymore. To which the answer was: if you go to lose weight, you need to do it) and I don't want to lose weight, I go for health... to make the body elastic, but not for weight loss ...
After training, I turned to the administrator, you can somehow control who the coach is in the application, I do not want to go to a certain place. To which they replied that the coaches were changing, and we were interested in the direction. In no way shorter)))
I think that the coach is not behaving ethically.
I would not recommend this club to anyone. It's a pity, the only plus, it was convenient because I live very close. We'll have to return to the North City Lifestyle.
I wish the management to pay attention to this coach, have a conversation, maybe he will hear you, and cope and people will not leave you dissatisfied. Good luck!

Adrenaline on Olesheva 1 is the best gym in the Green Meadow! ♥️
Everything is great here - the atmosphere, the coaches, the administrators (Nikita top), the gym, and the locker rooms. The girls will understand: there are even personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Customer care of the 100th level, which is felt throughout 🤗
When buying a subscription, you don't think about the cost, sometimes it even seems that it's too cool to be true for such a price. An unlimited subscription gives you the opportunity to attend both strength and group classes. Fitness, stretching, Pilates, yoga, healthy back... And this is not the whole list. A great gym on Olesheva, 1! A lot of new various simulators for every taste: starting with cardio and ending with strength. There is also a boxing area with pears: you can discharge well.
A separate plus of the hall is that it has group classes, whose instructors will help you build your body properly, strengthen your health and get a huge dose of energy for the whole day!;) We must pay tribute to the fact that all instructors are versatile and masters of their craft.
I would also like to mention the administrator Nikita: very responsive and friendly, who will tell you everything in detail and show you.
The hall also has comfortable changing rooms, showers, hair dryers and a zone with filtered water.
I wish you further development and prosperity of the hall;)

I bought an unlimited subscription to this center, I mostly go to group classes, but I will definitely run on the track or pedal before classes. I attend group classes with pleasure, I really like the coaches Dasha and Veronica. Dasha conducts classes very easily, I especially like the fact that we do the exercises slowly, fixing each position. Veronica pays attention to the correct performance of exercises, gives a lot of new things. Very, very nice receptionists. All issues are being resolved, everything is working clearly, the application for recording and canceling group classes is very convenient.

Great new gym. A huge variety of simulators. The cardio zone is 10 out of 10. The coaching staff is super professionals.
I would like to mention the administrator Nikita. Pleasant and responsive, he will always consult and help with any problems and questions that arise.
I recommend the hall on Oleshova 1 - the atmosphere here is amazing.

I really like this club. Literally everything. And the variety of simulators, and the number of instructors in the gym, by the way, all are professional, polite, responsive and provide assistance and answer questions without problems. Comfort and size of auxiliary rooms (wardrobes, showers, bathrooms)-a separate like-just everything that may be needed is provided, thanks to the administration for taking care of customers. An excellent loyalty system when buying season tickets for both new and continuing training clients. Polite and attentive administrators. Good location, it is possible to park a car within walking distance.
On the downside, I don't understand why prices in the adrenaline capital are lower than in Oleshev.

A chic new fresh hall. It is immediately clear that the owner did not make it "to cut the dough", but as for himself. Of the advantages:
1. I don't know how men's, but in the women's locker room you can open another gym - large, spacious, you don't rub your asses against each other) 80 lockers that open with a contactless bracelet, mega convenient - I hung it on my hand and forgot. Washbasin, shower, hair dryers, paper towels.
2. Ladies' room - expensive-rich, mega-clean-neat. Toilet paper is always available. Soap, towels, hand dryer. A nice bonus is a ladies' box with cotton pads, chopsticks and, in case of unforeseen women's days, with personal hygiene products, this is rarely found anywhere.
3. Cardio zone. Simulators up to, sorry, motherfucking, 5 ellipses, 5 tracks, 2 exercise bikes, an escalator-ladder, which is not everywhere. There is a boxing area with two pears, stress is the very thing to remove.
4. Exercise equipment. Many are duplicated, there is no need to queue for a bench press, squat or crossover. There are a lot of hamsters, there is a simulator for the gluteal bridge, the girls will appreciate it. The dumbbell row pleases, it's new, you're not afraid that something will fly off the dumbbell and blurt out on your face. There is a rack with non-collapsible barbells, from 10 to 45 kilograms.
5. Subscription. When buying unlimited, you can attend up to 2 group classes per day. Discounts and promotions are held regularly.
6. Group classes. About 9 directions, ranging from Pilates and yoga, and ending with a healthy back and flexible strength complex.
7. Coaching staff. Out of competition. Masters of their craft, whose personal training is really a personal training, and not just to leave. All attention is on the client.
8. Receptionists are the most friendly and polite people I have met. Always with a smile - they will prompt, tell, help.
9. There is a children's corner where you can take your baby while mom and dad are doing a swing)
10. Clean fresh water from the filter, plus a refrigerator with bottled drinks and a fitness bar with goodies.
Now a small fly in the ointment, these are not even minuses, but most likely shortcomings that will be corrected soon.
1. As for me, there are not enough pancakes, if there are 3-4 serious powerlifters in the hall, they may not have enough.
2. There are no plastic locks on the rods, but only springs (there are a lot of springs)
3. The coating in the power frames is a little uncomfortable. But these are all small things that pale in front of a large number of advantages of this hall.

Крутой зал, большой выбор тренажёров на разные группы мышц и все они новые. Тренеры очень вежливые и всегда готовы помочь. После других залов приятно удивили большие шкафчики с чипом.

Просто великолепнейший зал! Разнообразие тренажёров очень впечатляет (Особенно приятно удивило наличие такого тренажёра как "гравитрон"). Так же, очень приятно ощущение нового зала, чувство тренировки на новых тренажёрах — ни с чем нельзя сравнить))) В общем и целом, очень рекомендую!!!

Among the disadvantages: poor ventilation, the room is very stuffy. The simulators are almost one on one. The music resembles more the atmosphere of a cafe. Recently, the gym has become overloaded and it is difficult to get to group classes.
