The hotel is not bad, but it does not attract 4 stars. Three, no more. Among the advantages: beautiful interior, courteous staff, clean enough in the room, swimming pool with sauna - a pleasant addition to relaxation. Cons: the number is already tired... Plumbing needs updating, the toilet flushes with difficulty.. Shower gel and shampoo are not in disposable tubes, but are poured into a container with a dispenser, while the dispenser jams and you need to try very hard to squeeze out a portion of the gel. A separate story is the buffet breakfast. Breakfast is served from 08.00 to 11.00. We arrived at 08:30, everything was swept away and no one was in a hurry to replenish the dishes. After we had already asked for something to eat, after a while they brought us fried eggs..... and that was it!!! The rest of the dishes were empty... And yet... this is the first time I've seen a 4-star hotel with only instant coffee and no cream.

There is a swimming pool, which is good, because I arrived in May, the swimming season has not yet opened, and it was so hot that I want to dive into it in my clothes. So after a walk, it's time to freshen up. There are several simulators, which is also not bad. I do it myself. In two weeks, in order not to lose shape, it is more convenient than paying for a monthly subscription. The rest is just like in ordinary hotels, bathrobes, slippers, towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are disposable, safe, shower, soap. Of the cons, and it's very interesting here.: And so, first of all, I booked a room for 13 nights, as early as January 12th for the period from May 14th to May 27th. Booked with one double bed. My reservation was confirmed 2 days later (January 14th) on the day of arrival. I was told that I have a room with two single beds. I came alone. They began to sort it out. It got to the point where the receptionist said you can look for another hotel if you find one. I began to resent that it wasn't my fault. As a result, I spent the night in this room, and the next day I was moved to another room with one double bed. And here's the most interesting part. Unlike the number I was given initially. In the bathroom, the light above the mirror did not work, and the shower did not switch from small to large, so I had to wash under the small one. The light at the cosmetic mirror also did not turn on (the LED strip around it) I don't understand why you can't check everything before checking in. Common disadvantages in both rooms An outlet, only at the bottom of the floor, at the entrance, and near the bed. There is a kettle in the room, but there was no outlet nearby. Had to Put it on the bedside table next to the bed, and then take it back, put it on the table. Because there is a lamp on the bedside table, and in general, all this takes up a lot of space. Each floor has its own Wi-Fi, with its own password. Of course, there is a piece of paper in the room with all the names and passwords from them. But it stopped working on my floor (5th floor) on the 2nd day of my stay. The air conditioner was also not working, but I was immediately warned before changing the room. Then they turned off the hot water, of course, they warned me. But I thought it was for a day, but no. It lasted 4 days, and you can't wash properly at all. Otlel did not compensate for this in any way. I don't understand why they don't have a boiler for such a case, 4 stars after all. The glasses are only disposable, I don't understand why you can't put glass or ceramic ones, it's not very convenient to drink from disposable ones, they're still small, 200 ml.

Wonderful stay at Absolute Hotel! I liked everything very much. The room is warm, comfortable, and the climate control works great. It's clean, spacious, and has everything you need — soft towels, cozy bathrobes. I would especially like to mention the breakfast — incredibly delicious, everything is fresh and neatly served. It is prepared by a very pleasant, pretty woman — you can feel the attention and care. The hotel also has a swimming pool and sauna, which is a pleasant bonus for relaxation. It is very quiet and peaceful inside, the street noise does not reach, you can completely relax. Security works, which creates a sense of security. The staff is 5+, polite, attentive, always ready to help. I definitely recommend it and I will be happy to come again!

The room was booked in advance on the hotel's website. We arrived, but our room wasn't there. They offered another one. It was already strange. Although a message was sent to the post office within a day that your number is ready, we are waiting for you. There are woodlice running around in the hotel corridors and rooms. I haven't seen this for a long time. The breakfasts for the first two days seemed to be fine, but after the departure of a large group of tourists, they began to cook only scrambled eggs for breakfast. Apparently, it will do for the remaining guests anyway. Due to the fact that all the sights, museums and locations in Astana were closed during the New Year holidays, we had to change our plans and leave earlier. The hotel refused to refund the money for 2 days, saying that the accounting department was not working. It's a very strange hotel, and I don't want to come back here.

Very funny impressions:) The design and repair are excellent if you do not pay attention to the creaking new technological coating and waves on it) in places unfinished repairs in the bathroom and the lack of sockets where needed (the kettle in the room was connected in the bathroom, because in the place where it stood the cord did not reach). The breakfast is varied, but the rolls are wooden and there is no plain bread :) there is a gym and a swimming pool, but it works from 9:00 to 22:00, that is, in the morning and in the evening after work you can't make it :) A treadmill with a hole in the canvas that you immediately think about trail training, but the sound of the canvas made you stop so as not to break it to the end :)) There were many more small moments but in in general, the norms. Managers wish- they need to set up small issues in the service, so much has been invested, and the little things spoil the impression!

Room 501 was given on the 5th floor, very large, but repairs are already very much in demand, I don't know how in the rest of the rooms of course) maybe they gave us one because they booked it through booking. I didn't really like it. Starting with the fact that I waited at the reception at check-in until the person woke up (early check-in), then the key card did not work-they gave me a simple key, breakfast was mostly fried or baked, and before check-out I could not take a shower because the hot water was turned off due to some kind of accident. If you close your eyes to all this, then it will do for a business trip for a couple of nights. Cockroaches don't run.

The breakfasts are delicious, there have always been two types of eggs, pizza, vegetables, porridge, cereals. We were satisfied. The pool left the most pleasant impression, the water in it is warm, it is also free for visitors (as well as a small gym). The hotel is not exactly new, but clean and well maintained. The only thing I didn't like was that the sockets and the muzzle from the window are inconveniently located. And the window next to the bed. It was cold periodically. Cleaning was carried out every day. The room has everything you need and even more: towels, bathrobe, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel.

The waiters in the restaurant are in no hurry to clean the tables after the guests, I had to look for a table at lunch among the mountains of dirty dishes. A set lunch is inexpensive, but it also tastes like a canteen. We took 2 standard rooms. One was given a small one with ordinary windows, the second was almost 2 times larger with windows from the ceiling to the floor. In the rooms there are slippers, bathrobes, a kettle, a bottle of water, mugs, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a basic minimum hygiene kit, a safe. Comfortable mattresses, even on a cot, the children appreciated the comfort. Good wifi. Nice pool, several exercise machines. The sauna was not appreciated, it was turned off in the morning. A very decent delicious breakfast is included in the room rate. It's a pity, the coffee is only instant

If you drive yourself, it's not very close to the center, but this is compensated by the cost of living. Very small parking for cars. Good cuisine, large portions. The fan in the bathroom worked like a tractor. We did not immediately find a separate mirror illumination, so as not to turn on the general lighting with a fan. Disappointed with the condition of the floor in the shower (dirty), took a shower in slippers (slates). The bed is comfortable.

The pool became paid (this was one of the main criteria for choosing a hotel), the restaurant and bar are closed on weekends, which also played a negative role, lunch and dinner did not work, with a busy schedule of meetings and working moments. We have to go somewhere, look for a place to have lunch. The bed has not been changed once in a week. The windows of the room overlooked the generator and the kitchen, which was constantly buzzing, which made it difficult to ventilate the room, it was stuffy, but the window could not be opened, it was noisy ... comfort was violated. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the girl, but she worked on August 1: we arrived early in the morning, we were refused check-in, only for an additional fee, the thing was placed at the entrance to the reception, although there is a special room for things... There are also problems when checking in, the room is booked for 4 nights with two beds, but she says 2 nights in one room, and then we will move you to a room with a cot, due to a large check-in... The room was booked a month in advance and the confirmation was 31.07. For any question, when I addressed this lady, I felt extreme hostility... With such a relationship to visitors, she needs to change her job...

We stayed at the hotel on 31.07 - 02.08 Upon arrival at the room, a burnt armchair was found, ashes on the window sill, tobacco smell, chips on the table, a broken shelf in the shower. I threw the chips away myself When contacting the administrator, to solve problems in the room, the chair was replaced, the rest of the shortcomings remained. We had breakfast paid for, the whole breakfast was cold, regardless of the time of our arrival. Every day they were asked to fry fried eggs and cook sausages, which they declared as hot dishes. At our request, the indignation from the kitchen was heard throughout the restaurant. The coffee in the hotel was instant, although there is a washing machine on the bar, you have to pay for normal coffee separately. On the last day, we came for breakfast at 10:10, and the breakfast dishes were already almost all cleaned, although breakfast was announced before 10:30. The warm blanket is all stained yellow. When contacting the administrator about a replacement, the blanket was tucked into the sheet.

Room cleaning according to the administrator at the request of the residents. We were cleaned for the 3rd day, while we were asked to do it daily. The bed is not made, the carpet is not vacuumed, towels are not changed, plumbing is not washed. For 4*, how the hotel positions itself is not acceptable. Wi-fi is not stable, it does not catch everywhere in the hotel. The sauna is paid, they do not warn you upon check-in, which is not included in the price. There is no reminder of paid services/costs in the rooms.
