Abai Park is one of the best places in the city for walking and relaxing. Lots of greenery, spacious alleys, shady trees — it's nice to walk both in the afternoon and in the evening. The atmosphere is calm, live music is often heard, and cultural events take place on weekends. There is a playground, benches, a fountain, as well as a monument to Abai, who likes to be photographed. The territory is well maintained, clean, garbage is cleaned regularly. The only thing that can be improved is the lighting in some areas and the renovation of the benches. Otherwise— it's a great place for the whole family. I recommend it!

Oktyabrsky Boulevard. A great quiet place for walking and just sitting on a bench. In Soviet times, the entire central part was planted with flowers. It was such a fragrance. Waterers came regularly and watered them. We used to run as children to cool off in the heat. Hawthorn trees grew all over the boulevard. When the berry ripened, they ran around picking and eating. A large tasty berry. People were also resting on the benches. Now the monument is installed in front of the Anwar store. And there is a fountain at the beginning of the boulevard near Leninsky Prospekt. And anyway, everything was redone, tiled. The place is very nice.
