We arrived at the specified address, a female employee reported that they had problems with the sewerage system, someone somehow had to warn (of course, this did not happen), they could not settle us here. We've been without sleep for a day because of the overnight flight, we're sitting, we don't know what to do. Then the employee decided to contact another branch anyway. As a result, they sent us to their hotel at 51 Nazarbayev Avenue. It takes a total of 8 minutes to walk, it's okay. Came. We go in, the woman tells us that she doesn't have such cheap rooms , they couldn't send us here. In the process, we found out that they have two hotels at this address, we need to go to another one. We came to another one. There was a woman sitting there who didn't really understand what was wanted from her. We had a specific room level booked for a specific price. She assured us that she did not have such rooms, that everything was booked, so we could only be accommodated in a room for the required period. luxury, but you will have to pay something like 50 thousand tenge on top. Okay, we already agreed, as long as we were settled. As a result, she contacted someone, and we were put in a room that didn't look very comfortable. But we were ready for a small area. The payment was made in cash. For 6 nights, the cost came out to 132 thousand tenge. We gave 140, but the employee couldn't find the change, so she said she would give it back in the evening . In the evening we arrived, there was already a man sitting there, who, in response to our logical question about the deposit, informed us that they had left the 8000 as collateral, arguing that their hotel was located at 51 Nazarbayev Avenue. To ventilate the room without flies/bugs /mosquitoes, you have to try your best. It stank of sewage. It was impossible to be in the room after a day of walking .The clothes smelled terrible after the stay. For 6 nights, no one in the room even changed the towels or gave me new toilet paper.

Then, after swearing with them (when they magically found a reservation, but in another branch across the street), they cheated on the quality of the room - one room was paid for, and in fact they settled in another. Since there was a big concert in the city this weekend, there was no option to look for another place to live. I do not recommend this establishment.

It's absurd, we overslept the check-out time a little, we wanted to extend it, we agreed to pay within an hour due to the fact that we could not overload the bank's offer. They started breaking into us and shouting that we weren't paying, and they didn't even let us get dressed properly I do not recommend it!!!!
