We had a rest with friends from 22 to 28.04.2025. The impressions are only positive. Modern hotel, beautiful, clean. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, the linen is snow-white. Cleaning every day. Buffet breakfasts with a good assortment for every taste and wishes. There are always fresh vegetables and herbs, meat and dairy dishes. Very convenient location in the center, attractions within walking distance. You can talk about the SPA separately and only positive emotions. Wonderful baths with the right temperature, a swimming pool without the intrusive smell of bleach, and a Jacuzzi. And there are wonderful massage therapists and various types of massages. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come again.

Девушка заранее записалась по сертификату, по телефону при записи сказали, что у нас сертификат, при посещении продиктовала номер, ей выдали все принадлежности и отправили на процедуру, после посещения процедуры девушка на ресепшене сказала, что сертификат недействителен, так как действует 90 дней, а сегодня 91й и за процедуру придется оплатить. Почему этого нельзя было сказать ДО? Будем писать претензию на ваш юридический адрес. Если бы еще массаж был качественный, столько раз к вам ходили, это был самый худший.

I like everything, I go often. In the aqua zone and for a massage to Julia, golden hands and a very comfortable person. The girls at the reception are always friendly, everything is clean, the service is excellent. Never any problems I love the hammam and the shower experience. It's the best thing in our city so far.
