The support nicely told me that there is no, unfortunately, refund policy, so I can cancel my flight, but unfortunately again I will not receive my money back even with a fee. За отмененные рейсы не хотят похвращать деньги. Написала заявление, вернули, почему-то только половину. Связаться никак, звонки игнорируются. Придется снова ехать в офис, выяснять, где остальные деньги. Компания полный кошмар
