I've never written negative comments, but this is a cry from the soul. The staff hung up a printed sheet saying that take all the boxes with you. I ordered a suitcase, and I had to carry a huge box around the city with the suitcase, and every time I take all the boxes with me in my hands. The staff is always snorting, unhappy faces, and it feels like I'm distracting them from important things on the phone. This was my last order there, the customer orientation level is at zero.

for the first time I was here and the impression the employee left about himself was just terrible) I subscribe to every comment that this girl is as unfriendly as possible, and the service is as if we all owe her something. neither hello, nor goodbye, banal answers to questions. I say "I'm picking up the order", zero reaction, zero movements, and I was just sitting there with headphones and a phone. at other PVZ, the staff "yes, everything is fine" at least says when you pick up the order, making it clear that there are no problems, everything is paid there, etc. and then just take it and go already?
