09/24/25 My company has signed an agreement with this organization to assist in obtaining a certificate of conformity for sanitary products in accordance with TP 2025/013. As part of the consultation, it was announced to us that the total cost of the certificate for a batch of goods would be 50-55 thousand Russian rubles (including tests, etc.) + support of 25 thousand. According to the contract, the service delivery period is 20 calendar days. According to the correspondence, the service delivery period is 2-3 weeks. On 05.11.25, the certifying authority issued an invoice for 149,876 Russian rubles. Instead of the 50-55 thousand reported by the company Notis Union earlier. 43 days have passed since the signing of the contract on 05.11.25. Not only did we not receive the certificate within the 20 days specified in the contract, but today we have been billed 3 times more than the amount we were previously charged before the conclusion of the contract and up to 100% prepayment under the support services agreement. Throughout the work, they periodically did not respond to calls and messages. Let's see how the situation develops further and supplement the review with more detailed data. To date, I do not recommend this company for cooperation.
