The gym itself is good, no complaints. But I wanted to tell you about the non-standard (for me at least)) situations. The coach, to whom I went to the gym for individual classes, quit, and in fact disappeared. I didn't know how such situations were solved, since he was provided by the gym, but I paid for his classes personally. But the administration of the gym solved the issue so competently, provided a new coach, on the same days. My loyalty immediately increased x100)) moreover, we go there together with our spouse, and it would be a shame that everyone's paid training runs out. And the new coach turned out to be very pleasant and competent. In general, I would like to note their customer orientation and benevolence in solving the issue. Halls can be good everywhere, but the people who work there are more important.
