I have never seen such boorish service before. I called several times before arrival, but the master did not pick up the phone. Upon arrival, it turns out that urgent orders are not accepted. When asked why they didn't answer the phone, the answer was "so I was busy." And in response to "Why do you communicate with the client like that?" In front of me, the dictaphone on my phone was turned on defiantly in silence. I used to bring all my clothes here because it was convenient. Still, I'll never contact you again.

This is a nightmare! I have never seen such service anywhere else. I brought jeans to change the zipper in them. I lost the receipt, I come at the appointed time, I explain that I lost the receipt, what to do and how to get my jeans, the master did not even try to find them. She immediately started being rude and sent me to another master, another day. I come the next day, and the other woman was just as rude, but at least she gave me my jeans. The prices are above average, and so is the attitude towards customers. God forbid that they close down and don't worry people anymore. We'll see how long the lightning lasts... there are no words... just emotions. It's not even a single star. I supplement the review with photos of the first sock) I just wasted 30p, the problem was not solved, maybe nothing was done with these jeans at all.…
