I ordered a robot vacuum cleaner in advance, as I wanted to come and pick it up right away. But at the pick-up point, they told me that only a consultant who is busy can give out the goods. I am disappointed in customer orientation, as I spent a lot of time to get to the goods that no one could give me. After that, I don't want to buy anything else, much less order
We wanted to buy a fan, we chose the model OURSELVES, because none of the consultants could serve us. We just needed to figure out which box the color we needed was in. We approached the consultant, who was free, he explained that the fans were not his territory, that they would come to us now.
But this never happened, the purchase simply could not be made.
Do not skimp on staff, consultants are apparently not enough, this causes negative emotions among potential buyers and you deprive your store of sales.
