We like to drink coffee here however the girl today 15/06/2026 Was rude talking to us when we had ordered 2 coffee ☕️ and we told her its cold need to be more hot she start show attitude about this is the progress of coffee making like we are first time to drink it in our life, However i had to throw it in garbage 🗑️

I really like the coffee in this coffee shop, we take it often. But it's not the first time we've come across a girl sitting on the street, on a bench on her phone, and taking a 30-minute break in a coffee shop. The last time the break was until 20:40, although the working day is until 21:00. I was very disappointed, I couldn't drink coffee.

On 06/08/2026, I was in Mogilev visiting my close friends. About 14h.I visited the Green supermarket and after leaving the sales area, I saw the Kava-Laska coffee shop, came up and asked the sales girl to make me cocoa.The girl made cocoa, I closed the cup with a lid and went to the exit of the shopping center. On the way, I took a sip of cocoa and was very surprised by the fact that it tasted vaguely like cocoa.I noticed that when I was served cocoa and it was almost white in color, the cocoa was dominated by milk alone.I went back and complained to the girl that I ordered cocoa, not whipped milk.The girl replied to me that the cocoa was prepared according to technology and the composition is as follows; 1 tablespoon of cocoa with a slide per 200g.a glass and milk.I have no complaints about technology, but the girl covered the cocoa preparation with her back, which suggests a certain idea. I didn't bother to find out anything, I just left a glass of milk called cocoa and left. I did not expect such a thing in Belarus and was very disappointed.
