Please resolve the issue with the couriers. Of all the attempts (15 times) to order a courier at home, I arrived only 2 times. Other times, they just write that "the courier has not been found yet," and it can be from the morning until the closing of the PVZ. I want to avoid the issue of delivery queues, but even that doesn't work out.

Отличный пункт. Но из-за большого количества заказов и отказов от клиентов, бывают очереди. Сотрудники молодцы, качественно и быстро выполняют работу.

The queues are regularly either small or non-existent. I pick you up quickly, no questions asked. The staff is polite, they always greet you, give you a bag. Everything always goes away in just a couple of minutes.
