We took a car from Cars&Go in Almaty and were very satisfied with the service. The car was in almost perfect condition, immediately after a comprehensive wash, very clean both outside and inside. Everything is transparent regarding the payment of rent, contribution and return of the deposit. The deposit on our car was small (about $ 100), the refund was also made quickly, after 7 days. The pick-up and return were arranged at the airport. The leading manager of the company, Azat, came to both the issue and the return. Special thanks to him. Very pleasant communication and prompt feedback. Before starting the rental, he told us where you can go in the vicinity of Almaty. Only pleasant impressions remained after interacting with this company.

I rented a car at this rental, and honestly, it's the best service I've ever had to deal with. The car was given out perfectly clean, fully refueled, without any surprises. All the registration took a minimum of time, without too much fuss. I picked up the car late at night — the manager calmly brought the car, clearly showed and explained everything. I'm in touch all the time, they respond quickly and to the point, I don't have to wait or remind myself. When returning, there are no unnecessary questions and quibbles, the deposit was returned without delay. It is clear that they work transparently and value the client. Compared to other rentals, this one really stands out for the better. Now just this way.

Super experience with this rental. The staff are super competent, pleasant to talk to, and didn't miss anything when they talked about the conditions. We took a Kia sportage, they gave us a clean one, in excellent condition, although the mileage is above average. The price is also a fire. You can go outside the city, we reached Lake Kolsai nizhny, the black canyon, Charyn Canyon, the roads are excellent. The return of the car was also wonderful, it is not heated with the sink, it is located on the same floor with the company (in the parking lot) and we simply charged the cost of the car wash, the same as what is offered at the sink, but you do not waste the rental time. Thank you, we will use it again if possible.
