I will never buy anything in this store again. First, I bought earrings and after 10 days, one clasp stopped being fastened. I bought a ring, and two stones fell out a month later. I submitted the ring for verification, where they told me that I had hit him. I did not see any verification act, except for a piece of paper where it is written by hand "mechanical action". I can write the same conclusion myself, even without taking the ring out of the box. I do not deny that it is really my fault and I hit the ring somewhere, I am outraged by the act of imprisonment issued. There is no report, it is not written anywhere that where and how my ring was checked. And where is the guarantee that my ring did not just lie in a box for two weeks, but actually passed some kind of inspection.
