I made the choice of a TV stand and a shelf in the buy Sofa. A professional, smiling consultant helped me get my bearings quickly and after a couple of weeks the furniture was already at my house. A great company, it would seem.. a well-known name and a high rating., ordered a sofa, very popular, but there is one THING! The laundry niche is very special, inside this niche the drawer consists of vertical slats... it would seem - what's the difference..... But after laying out the sofa for sleeping and folding it back, the traces of these slats remain on the fabric! The claim to the store after 5 days of use was unsuccessful. They say, they clarified at the factory, this is not a marriage, but this is the design of the sofa))) an interesting position . This is the basic model and I am sure that every consumer has faced this problem. Why not change the "design" and make a solid canvas instead of slats.. after all, the traces remain always and FOREVER! This is not normal! There is no need to reinvent the wheel here, make a regular niche for laundry- that's it! Like many other companies! But it turned out that no one cares, I bought a sofa and thank God, and then you do as you want. It's not a marriage, we can't help you!!!! sofa. By the way, you are so customer-oriented, write out a bonus to the quality of service department, or better yet, two- a response of the "empathy is God" level. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! The attitude doesn't give a damn, it shouldn't be like that. Don't set foot on the couch anymore. Wu
