This looks frankly unprofessional and undermines the credibility of the company. Instead of real involvement and a competent approach, there is a superficial attitude and lack of responsibility for the result. As a result, it feels like you're being served not by experts who know their stuff, but by social media buffoons. Management should urgently reconsider its approach to staff recruitment and training, because with such a level of service, it is simply impossible to talk about price and quality compliance.
