People did not come to this city anymore because they were forbidden to do so. And the fact that many, many years have passed since then does not mean that the city is now free of radiation. No, on the contrary, it's just as dangerous as it was when it all started... the residents of this city were just in a panic that their place of residence simply no longer exists... Many could not escape this tragedy, which caused them to die, and many lost their loved ones. The city has fallen, it cannot be restored.
