Anna is an employee from God! I've been going to this particular cashier for a long time and I see a professional in my field in front of me. And what self-control she has! There are different people in the queue, and I've seen a lot of scandals. Anna explains everything calmly and clearly, without reacting to aggression. I would also like to single out the cashier, Inessa (unfortunately, I do not know the patronymic). It's not often now that I get to go on her shifts, but she's such a fun and pleasant person! It is impossible to leave her without a smile. 🥰

I'll tell you what happened today. I came to change money to euros, the cashier was talking on the phone (like Tatiana or Natalia, blonde, with curvy forms), continuing the conversation on the phone, currency exchange was carried out and euros and change in Belarusian rubles were issued. The change in Belarusian rubles turned out to be incorrect. And what do you think, they apologized to me? No, the cashier yelled that I was standing and counting the money, and then she gave me my missing money and continued to talk on the phone😡🤬 shock😵💫 she didn't even say the banal excuse.
